Repair Carpentry
Restore the component before covering it
Repairs begin by identifying why the wood failed. Exterior moisture, movement, poor flashing or an unsuitable material can cause the same damage to return.

Selected board, trim and railing repairs after the condition and structural limits are reviewed.

Fascia, corner boards, casing and related wood repairs, cut back to sound material and rebuilt.
Material Choice
Wood, MDF or PVC?
The right material depends on exposure and finish. MDF can produce stable paint-grade interior profiles; solid wood suits stain-grade work and impact areas; PVC is useful in selected wet exterior locations. The proposal identifies material and profile so bids can be compared correctly.

Defining the finished result
How is the new trim left?
Finish-ready: fitted, fastened, nail holes filled, joints caulked and sanded. Priming and finish coats belong to a separate trade, and the estimate says where our scope ends.
Can you match existing molding?
We compare dimensions and profiles first. Stock profiles may match, while unusual historic details can require a custom or built-up solution.
Do small carpentry projects qualify?
Yes, depending on scope and scheduling. Send photos and a clear list of items so we can determine whether a site visit is needed.
